J-Hope of BTS Announces Documentary Series and Special Album Focused on Dance

J-Hope, a member of the globally renowned boy band BTS, unveiled a teaser video for his upcoming documentary series titled "Hope on the Street." The teaser, released through the group's official YouTube channel on Monday, features J-Hope seated on a couch adorned in a knitted hat, dark jacket, and jeans.
In the clip, J-Hope introduces the documentary, highlighting its focus on dance, which he regards as fundamental to his life and career. He expresses his desire for viewers to gain insight into his style of dancing and the various dance genres he has engaged with over time.
The documentary, slated to premiere on Thursday, will be available for streaming on online platforms such as Tving in South Korea and Amazon's Prime Video for a global audience. J-Hope embarked on a journey to cities including Osaka, Paris, New York, Seoul, and his hometown Gwangju to delve into local street dance culture and connect with practitioners.
Acknowledging BTS's fanbase, known as ARMY, J-Hope anticipates their support and enjoyment of his dancing showcased in the documentary series.
Additionally, J-Hope is preparing to inaugurate a pop-up store in Seongsu-dong, eastern Seoul, on Saturday, with the store running until April 5 to promote his upcoming album.
