Broadcaster JTBC has confirmed that BLACKPINK's Jennie will not be appearing in the upcoming variety show "My Name Is Gabriel," helmed by renowned showrunner Kim Tae-ho.
The show, scheduled to air on JTBC in June, will feature a cast comprising top actors and TV personalities, including Yeom Hye-ran, Ji Chang-wook, Park Myung-soo, Hong Jin-kyung, and Park Bo-gum.
Kim Tae-ho, acclaimed for his work on popular programs such as "Infinite Challenge" and "Hangout with Yoo," is embarking on a new venture with "My Name Is Gabriel." The show aims to provide viewers with a unique experience by immersing its cast members in life abroad, living as someone else.
Although Jennie's potential involvement had garnered significant attention for the show, fans can still catch her on tvN's entertainment program "Apartment 404."
Additionally, Jennie recently established her own label, Odd Atelier, marking a new chapter in her career.
