K-pop Group Weeekly Announces First Tour Across the Americas

The K-pop girl group Weeekly is set to embark on their first tour across the Americas, according to an announcement by their management on Monday. The tour, titled “2024 Weeekly Grand America Tour ‘WU (Weeekly University),’” will commence with a performance in Mexico City on September 6.
The tour will include stops in Bogotá, Colombia, on September 8, Orlando on September 11, New York on September 12, Toronto on September 15, Dallas on September 17, and Los Angeles on September 22. In addition to these scheduled performances, the group will also perform in two yet-to-be-announced cities.
Weeekly will also release their sixth extended play (EP) on July 9, continuing their trajectory since their debut in 2020 with the EP "We Are." The group is recognized for their upbeat and energetic music, with notable tracks such as "Tag Me (@Me)" (2020), "Zig Zag" (2020), and "After School" (2021).
