Singer-songwriter Paul Kim has announced his intention to marry his long-time partner of nine years through a handwritten letter addressed to his fans, posted on his website, Paul Kim Story, on Thursday.

Expressing gratitude to his supporters for their unwavering encouragement throughout his musical journey, Kim credited his partner, whom he referred to as "someone who sees, understands, and supports me at my best as well as during times of struggle," for providing comfort during his lowest moments.

The singer concluded the letter by assuring fans of his continued growth as a musician and his enduring gratitude as Paul Kim.

The couple will marry without a formal ceremony, with blessings from both families.

Kim, who debuted in 2014 with his single "Coffee With Me," is renowned for hits such as "Every Day, Every Moment" (2018), "Me After You" (2018), "So Long" (2019), and "Hangover" (2020). Additionally, he has been active as a member of the band Gomak Boys, formed through Kakao TV's entertainment show of the same name.
