The King Sejong Institute at the Korean Cultural Center in Hungary has announced a comprehensive three-week intensive preparation course specifically designed for students preparing for the TOPIK II examination. This specialized program targets both current and former students of the institute, offering focused instruction to enhance Korean language proficiency in a condensed timeframe.
Instructor Choi Jihye will lead the intensive course, which employs a balanced educational approach covering all essential sections of the TOPIK II exam. The program is strategically structured to maximize learning outcomes within the limited three-week period, providing students with targeted preparation strategies and comprehensive skill development.
The course is scheduled to take place on three consecutive Fridays: September 26, October 3, and October 10, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM each session. This evening schedule accommodates working students and those with daytime commitments, making the program accessible to a broader range of participants.
The curriculum encompasses three critical components of TOPIK II preparation. The writing section focuses on fundamental Korean writing techniques and proper usage of manuscript paper, known as won-go-ji, which is essential for the exam format. The listening and reading components emphasize problem-solving strategies tailored to specific question types, designed to help students achieve higher scores through targeted approaches.
Additionally, the program includes intensive vocabulary and grammar instruction, concentrating on essential elements that directly impact score improvement. This comprehensive approach ensures students receive well-rounded preparation across all tested areas of Korean language proficiency.
Registration for the course is available through the online platform at https://topik2025.timetap.com/, with the registration period running from September 16, 2025, at 1:00 PM through September 23, 2025, at 4:00 PM. However, enrollment will close earlier if all available spots are filled before the deadline, emphasizing the importance of early registration for interested students.
