I.N, a member of the K-pop group Stray Kids, has become a significant donor for ChildFund Korea, a Seoul-based NGO focused on children’s welfare. The organization announced on Friday that the 23-year-old has joined the Green Noble Club, a group of donors who have contributed more than 100 million won ($73,000). I.N is the 474th and youngest member of the club.
ChildFund Korea indicated that I.N’s donation will be used to support underprivileged children by providing essential items such as baby food and medical supplies. In a statement released through the organization, I.N expressed his hope that his contribution would help ensure that all children can enjoy their daily lives and grow in a nurturing environment.
“I’m glad that I could share the love I have received from my fans,” he stated.
Stray Kids, an eight-member group, is scheduled to perform at the I-Days music festival in Milan on July 12 and at British Summer Time Hyde Park in London on July 14. In August, the group will headline Lollapalooza in Chicago, a prominent music festival in the United States.
