Ateez Achieves No. 2 Spot on Billboard 200 with "Golden Hour: Part 1"

The K-pop boy group Ateez has reached No. 2 on the Billboard 200 albums chart dated June 15 with its 10th extended play (EP) “Golden Hour: Part 1.” This marks the group's fourth consecutive album to place in the top three on the Billboard 200, following their previous releases: the eighth EP, “The World EP. 1: Movement,” the ninth EP, “The World Ep. 2: Outlaw,” and the second full-length album, “The World Ep. Fin: Will.”
The eight-member group's latest EP includes six tracks, with the lead single “Work,” described as a hip-hop track featuring groovy sounds and an addictive hook. The album also secured the No. 4 position on the British Official Albums Chart dated June 7, making Ateez the first K-pop act to have three albums in the top 10 of the Official Albums Chart within a single year.
 
Ateez is scheduled to headline the Moroccan international music festival Mawazine on June 23, becoming the first K-pop act to do so. Additionally, they are set to perform at Japan’s largest outdoor music festival, Summer Sonic 2024, on August 17-18.
