Album Features Two Lead Singles and Showcases Miami Bass Influence

Popular girl group NewJeans will release their new album, "How Sweet," on Friday at 1 p.m. (Korean time), marking their first release in 10 months, according to their agency Ador. The two-lead single album includes the title track "How Sweet" and the pre-released song "Bubble Gum," along with instrumental versions of both songs.

Ador described "How Sweet" as a bouncy hip-hop style song based on Miami bass, intended to convey NewJeans' hip and cool vibe. The group noted that the song becomes more charming with repeated listens and emphasized the fresh style of the song, choreography, and styling. They also encouraged fans to enjoy the song along with its dance.

The music video for "How Sweet" will be released three hours after the album's debut.
