"Spot!" Marks Rapper Zico's Return with Favorable Results on Domestic and International Charts

Rapper Zico, known for his collaboration with Blackpink's Jennie on the track "Spot!," has garnered favorable results on both domestic and international music charts with the digital single. This release marks Zico's return after a hiatus of nearly two years since his last single, "Grown Ass Kid," in July 2022.

"Spot!" features addictive melodies, a simple rhythm, powerful raps by Zico, and intense vocals by Jennie. The song narrates the encounter of two friends at a late-night party.

In response to the success of "Spot!," Zico expressed, through his agency, his satisfaction with the song's intuitive excitement and simple arrangement. He emphasized his intention to create a song that maintains interest by removing unnecessary elements and highlighting key aspects.

Celebrating his 10th anniversary as a solo artist, Zico is slated to participate in various activities following the release of "Spot!" On Friday, he debuted as the new host of the late-night KBS music talk show "The Seasons." Additionally, he is scheduled to perform at the Hiphopplaya Festival at Nanji Hangang Park in Seoul on May 4.
