Starship Entertainment announced on Tuesday that Ive's second EP, "Ive Switch," claimed the number one position on iTunes top albums charts in 16 regions.
The music video for the focus track, "Heya," garnered 10 million views on YouTube within 19 hours of its release, also securing the top spot on YouTube's music videos trending worldwide chart. "Heya" is one of two lead tracks from the EP, along with "Accendio," with high expectations surrounding its release, particularly due to the teaser clip hinting at a concept inspired by traditional Korean culture.
This six-track EP follows Ive's previous mini-album, "I've Mine," released approximately six months ago, which sold over 1.6 million copies in its first week. During this period, the group embarked on its first world tour, which is set to resume in Europe in June.
