Rising girl group MEOVV has revealed the captivating concept for their second single, Toxic. On November 15, The Black Label released a teaser video for the music video of Toxic, offering fans a first glimpse into the upcoming track. The teaser showcases an unexpected twist in both sound and visual style, setting high expectations for the release.
The teaser highlights MEOVV’s unique styling, as members appear with bat wings, adding a bold and edgy visual element. Despite the intense styling choice, the teaser hints at a surprisingly calm and atmospheric tone, reflecting a contrasting elegance in their presentation.
Known for their distinct musical approach, MEOVV's Toxic introduces a dreamy soundscape that diverges from their debut track. While their debut single MEOVV captivated listeners with its addictive melody and powerful performance, Toxic is set to showcase a different beat and mood, emphasizing the group’s versatility and ability to explore various musical styles.
The release of Toxic marks an incredibly quick comeback for MEOVV, returning just two months after their debut in September. The second single album will feature Toxic and another track titled Body, further expanding the group’s musical repertoire and solidifying their position in the industry.
Since pre-debut, MEOVV has garnered significant attention as the first girl group produced by The Black Label, led by renowned producer Teddy. Their strong live performances and stage presence following their debut were met with praise, establishing them as a powerful force in the new generation of K-pop.
MEOVV’s highly anticipated comeback with Toxic is set for release on November 18. With the momentum they have built since their debut, this single is expected to further strengthen their position in the competitive K-pop landscape and showcase their growing artistry.
