In a recent announcement, the seven-member boy band ATBO revealed their return as "winter deliverymen" with the release of their latest single, "Must Have." The band expressed excitement about unveiling their first seasonal song, emphasizing the album's thematic focus on "warmth" and their ambition to make this winter a comforting experience for listeners.
"Must Have," dropped on Monday, marks ATBO's first release in six months since their third EP, "The Beginning: Soaring," debuted on May 18. The single features four winter-themed songs, with the lead track being a rendition of "Must Have Love," originally released in 2006 by Gain of Brown Eyed Girls and Kim Yong-jun of SG Wannabe. ATBO's agency, IST Entertainment, highlighted the band's unique interpretation of the song, aiming to capture their group's energy and color.
IST Entertainment emphasized the album's purpose to reciprocate the love and support received from fans throughout the year. ATBO, debuting in July 2022 through the agency's audition program "The Origin," consists of Oh Jun-seok, Ryu Jun-min, Bae Hyun-jun, Seok Rak-won, Jeong Seung-hwan, Kim Yeonkyu, and Won Bin. Since their debut, the boy band has released three albums, all part of the "The Beginning" series.
In a statement, Oh Jun-seok conveyed the band's desire to bring happiness to their official fan club, BOAT, and expressed hopes for fans to have a warm and joyful winter with their latest release.
