On December 6, V released a reimagined version of Bing Crosby’s classic carol White Christmas (with V of BTS), sweeping global music charts and solidifying his place as a winter music staple.

As of 6 AM on December 7, White Christmas claimed the top spot on the "Top Songs" charts in 43 countries, including France, Japan, Finland, and Brazil. This duet reinterprets Crosby’s iconic 1942 Christmas anthem, bringing a contemporary yet nostalgic touch to a song cherished across generations.

V’s rendition highlights his ethereal vocal tone, blending seamlessly with Crosby’s timeless melody. By amplifying the warmth and brightness of the original, V has breathed new life into the beloved classic, making it resonate with modern listeners while honoring its legacy.

Last month, on November 29, V collaborated with Park Hyo Shin on another winter single, Winter Ahead (with Park Hyo Shin). This track also made waves, debuting at number 86 on the UK Official Singles Chart (as of December 6) and dominating the "Single Downloads" and "Single Sales" charts with first and second-place rankings, respectively.

On Spotify, Winter Ahead climbed to 29th on the Weekly Top Songs Global chart (dated December 6), marking the highest debut among newly added tracks this week. V’s 2022 hit, Love Me Again, also maintained its strong presence, ranking 112th on the same chart for an impressive 69 consecutive weeks.

V’s consistent delivery of evocative winter tracks has become a hallmark of his artistry. Previous releases like Snow Flower, Christmas Tree, and Wherever U r have cemented his reputation for creating music that perfectly encapsulates the cozy and reflective mood of the season.
