Son Heung-min reached his 400th appearance for Tottenham Hotspur during their recent match against West Ham United at London Stadium. Despite his milestone, Spurs settled for a 1-1 draw against West Ham, with Son playing the full duration of the match. The draw leaves Tottenham with 57 points after 30 matches, trailing Aston Villa by two points for the coveted fourth spot in the Premier League standings, which secures qualification for the UEFA Champions League.
Aston Villa, currently occupying fourth place, have seven matches remaining in the season, including an upcoming fixture against Manchester City.
