BTS' V and Blackpink's Jennie Address Speculation Surrounding Alleged Breakup and Professional Developments

Industry sources reported on Wednesday that K-pop stars V from BTS and Jennie from Blackpink, previously rumored to be dating, have recently ended their speculated relationship. Rumors emerged following claims of their shared time on Jeju Island last year and a video in May suggesting a Parisian date.

Official statements from their respective agencies, BigHit Music and YG Entertainment, are currently unavailable.

V, aged 27 and a member of the globally renowned BTS, is reportedly set to begin active-duty military service next Monday, alongside the group's leader, RM.

Concurrently, YG Entertainment announced earlier in the day that Jennie, along with three other Blackpink members, has extended contracts for continued group activities with the company.
