Starlike Inc. (CEO Chae Byung Hyo) has announced the upcoming release of Trot Pang Pang: Cheer for Your Favorite Trot Singer (트롯팡팡: 최애 트롯가수 응원하기), developed in collaboration with Studio M&C. The pre-registration phase for the game officially began on December 17, with its domestic launch slated to follow shortly.

Trot Pang Pang is the first game in history to feature trot music as its central theme. Designed for accessibility, the game features karaoke-style visuals and simple touchscreen gameplay, making it enjoyable for players of all ages. Leveraging videos and soundtracks from the trot chart show The Trot Show (더트롯쇼), the game offers an immersive experience that captures the energy of live performances.

The game includes appearances from popular trot singers such as Kang Ye Seul, Kang Hye Yeon, Go Jung Woo, Kim Hee Jin, Na Tae Joo, Ahn Sung Hoon, Ahn Ji Wan, Yoon Seo Ryung, Yoon Tae Hwa, Jang Song Ho, Jeong Da Kyung, Jin Sung, Han Hye Jin, and Hong Ja, with plans to continually add more artists. The game will debut on the Android platform, followed by a gradual rollout to iOS and other platforms.

Players who pre-register for the game will receive a “B-Rank Card,” allowing them to unlock one trot artist. Additional rewards will be offered based on the total number of pre-registrations: over 10,000 pre-registrants will receive 100,000 in-game microphones, over 30,000 will be given another B-Rank Card, over 50,000 will earn 1,000 in-game diamonds, and over 100,000 pre-registrants will unlock an A-Rank Card.

Starlike Inc. is known for its successful rhythm game series, SIX STAR GATE, which has sold over 50,000 copies worldwide. The company also hosts the Illustrar Fest, a large-scale subculture event attracting approximately 40,000 enthusiasts per session. Studio M&C, the co-developer, operates the global fandom platform StarPlanet.
