▲ Couryesy of FNC EntertainmentK-pop boy group SF9 is set to make a comeback with a new album in August, according to a local media report released on Wednesday. This new release comes approximately seven months after their 13th EP "Sequence," which achieved significant success by topping the iTunes Top Albums chart in five regions and ranking among the top five in 18 regions. "Sequence" was SF9's first release as an eight-member group following Rowoon's departure to focus on his acting career.

The number of members participating in the upcoming album remains uncertain as four members, including Dawon, Youngbin, Inseong, and Jaeyoon, are currently fulfilling their mandatory military service. Dawon enlisted last month, joining his fellow members who had already begun their service.

Despite the group's current military commitments, individual members have remained active. Inseong recently held his first solo fan meeting, while Hwiyoung released his debut solo album "Traveling Fish" in June. Additionally, Yoo Taeyang has been performing in the musical "Salieri" since May.
