Lisa of Blackpink is gearing up for the release of her highly anticipated solo single, "New Woman," slated to drop on August 16, as announced by her agency, Lloud Company, on Tuesday.
The upcoming track will feature the collaboration of Lisa with Grammy-winning Spanish singer and songwriter Rosalia. Lisa had previously hinted at her solo project through a TikTok video last week. In the video, she shared snippets of the song where she sings, "Pullin’ up, fresh face, brand new dia," generating significant buzz and anticipation among her fans.

"Rockstar" secured the No. 70 spot on Billboard’s Hot 100 and reached No. 8 on Spotify’s Top Songs Global chart. The single also performed exceptionally well on Billboard’s Global 200 and Global Excl. the US charts, where it claimed the No. 4 and No. 1 positions, respectively.
