Listening pop-up runs at The Hyundai Seoul from Sept. 7–13 ahead of the band’s second tour

QWER will preview two unreleased songs and conduct a public preference vote before their official release.

The band recently uploaded a teaser titled “Vote for Your QWER!” to its official YouTube channel. The video shows Chodan, Magenta, Hina and Siyeon discussing two songs with contrasting styles.

Reactions from a group of advance listeners will be released on Sept. 6. Participants include SeeYa, Minami of RESCENE, lyricist Kim Eana, content creators ChimChakMan and Gochujamjari, and music critic Kim Do-heon.

An offline listening and voting event, titled “CHOOSE YOUR QWER LISTENING POP-UP,” will run from Sept. 7–13 at Heights Exchange on the B2 floor of The Hyundai Seoul in Yeouido.

The pop-up will operate from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Visitors will be able to listen to both tracks before voting for the one they prefer.

An online ballot will also be available. The published event information does not specify how the results will affect the selection of a final release or QWER’s subsequent promotional plans.

During the same period, QWER will begin their second tour, “ROCKATION : ROCKET LAUNCH!!” The opening concerts will take place at Korea University’s Hwajeong Gymnasium in Seoul at 5 p.m. on Sept. 12 and 4 p.m. on Sept. 13.

The tour will subsequently visit Taipei, Fukuoka, Osaka, Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Hong Kong and Singapore, covering nine Asian cities including Seoul.
