KATSEYE’s “Animal” has moved up on the Billboard Hot 100 as the group begins promotions for its third EP, “WILD.”
According to Billboard’s chart dated Aug. 22, “Animal” ranked No. 30 on the Hot 100, rising five places from the previous week.
The song debuted at No. 24 on the chart dated Aug. 8, marking KATSEYE’s highest Hot 100 debut. It has now remained on the chart for three consecutive weeks.
“Animal” also ranked No. 24 on the Pop Airplay chart, which measures weekly plays across major U.S. pop radio stations.
On Billboard’s global charts, the song placed No. 16 on the Global 200 and No. 19 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart.
Released in advance on July 24, “Animal” appears on KATSEYE’s third EP, “WILD,” which arrived on Aug. 14. The standard edition contains five tracks: “Pinky Up,” “Animal,” “Hootie Frutti,” “Bel Air” and “That Way.”
