Ukraine Hosts K-Pop Online Event to Commemorate Korea's Liberation Day

On August 15th, an online event titled 'Ukraine-Korea Forever' will be held to commemorate the independence struggles of Ukraine and Korea.
Aligned with Korea's Liberation Day, this event aims to highlight the shared history of independence struggles between the two nations and to deliver messages of peace and freedom.
Ukrainian students and youth will perform K-pop dances and songs, showcasing cultural ties and solidarity between the two countries.
R&B singer Karacin Jr., along with other Korean artists, will send messages of support to Ukraine, emphasizing artistic solidarity.
Meanwhile, K-pop and street dance have become popular cultural phenomena in Ukraine, enjoyed by a wide audience.
