Smilegate’s global social platform STOVE announced on Wednesday the official launch of the full-motion visual novel Witch ON-LIVE!, developed by Grim Production. To celebrate the release, the platform is offering a series of promotions for early adopters.
The game introduces WISHes, a virtual idol group set to debut on November 30 via Naver’s “Chichizik.” Players will explore the backstories of WISHes members Ayla and Moomene, who are portrayed as characters summoned from the fictional “Grim Kingdom” into the real world.
The heroines of Witch ON-LIVE! are modeled by internationally acclaimed illustrator “Mama,” ensuring high-quality visuals. The characters feature “full-motion standing” animations, providing an immersive experience for players. Adding to the appeal, the game includes an original soundtrack and ending animation performed by Ayla and Moomene, along with pre-debut voice recordings, designed to captivate fans.
Grim Production, the game’s developer, operates under Mound Media’s newly established subculture-focused label. This year, the studio recruited Yurisa, an artist and model, to expand its expertise in original IPs and deliver high-quality content across various subculture genres.
To mark the launch, STOVE is offering a 10% discount on Witch ON-LIVE! purchases through December 5. Buyers will also receive two holographic photo cards featuring the characters. Additional perks include a special illustrated wallpaper and an acoustic version of the OST, both bundled as part of a downloadable content (DLC) pack set for release in late December.
With its visually stunning animations, engaging narrative, and robust promotional campaign, Witch ON-LIVE! aims to appeal to fans of virtual idols and immersive storytelling. For more details on the game and its promotions, users can visit the official STOVE platform.
