Singers HyunA and Yong Jun-hyung, known for his past as a member of Highlight, are preparing to tie the knot following a six-month public relationship.

Their agencies confirmed the upcoming marriage on Monday, revealing that the ceremony will be held on October 11. This announcement aligns with earlier reports from local media predicting an October wedding in Seoul.

"At Area," HyunA's agency, stated on Monday, "The couple has been a great source of support for each other during challenging times. Their wedding will be an intimate affair, attended only by close family and friends."

Yong Jun-hyung, formerly part of Cube Entertainment's acclaimed boy band Beast (later rebranded as Highlight), departed from the group in 2017 amid a controversy involving illicit filming. He subsequently enlisted in the military in 2019.

The couple shared news of their relationship earlier this year through Instagram posts.
