In a highly anticipated cultural event, global icons G-Dragon and Pharrell Williams are set to collaborate on a special art showcase in Seoul this September. The event, titled "Paradise Art Night with JOOPITER," will celebrate the 2024 Frieze Seoul and promises an extraordinary night of art and entertainment.
Scheduled for September 2, 2024, at Paradise City in Incheon, this exclusive gathering will feature a diverse collection of art and artifacts from some of the world's most renowned artists. The night will be highlighted by the participation of G-Dragon, who is known for his influence in both music and fashion and Pharrell Williams, the legendary artist and Louis Vuitton's men's fashion creative director. Their collaboration marks a significant milestone in the convergence of art and celebrity culture.
"Paradise Art Night with JOOPITER" follows last year’s successful event, which showcased first-time exhibitions of works by acclaimed artists like Banksy and Keith Haring in South Korea. The previous event saw prominent figures such as G-Dragon, Rowoon, Bae Doona, Uhm Jung-hwa, and Jung Hae-in in attendance. G-Dragon also shared a group photo with former YG Family members Daesung, CL, and Lee Soo-hyuk, further adding to the event’s high profile.
This year’s event will feature JOOPITER, Pharrell Williams' digital auction platform known for its exclusive collections and high-profile auctions. JOOPITER offers a range of items from collectible accessories to rare vintage pieces and diamond pendants, curated from Pharrell’s collection and those of other top artists like Nigo and Takashi Murakami. Recent auctions have included notable pieces from GOT7's Jackson, blending music, sports, and design.
The "Paradise Art Night" promises to be an unparalleled celebration of art and celebrity, gathering top artists from around the globe. Attendees can look forward to a night of exceptional artwork and the presence of high-profile figures. The event is invitation-only, emphasizing its exclusivity and high caliber.
