Audeum, Korea's first audio museum, opens in Naegok-dong, Seoul.
The museum features the Western Electric collection, curated over 40 years by KCC Chairman Chung Mong-jin and late audio expert Choi Bong-sik.
The opening exhibition, 'Jungeum: A Journey of Sound,' includes a docent-led tour showcasing vintage audio systems from the 18th to 20th centuries.
Audeum offers free admission through online reservations and plans to host various cultural and artistic programs.
