On September 8, the "2024 Our Land, Green, and Blue Forest Sleep Contest" will be held at the Olympic Park Picnic Grounds in Seoul.
Hosted by Yuhan-Kimberly, this event marks its 9th year and is designed to offer busy citizens a chance to relax in nature away from the urban environment.
Participants will enjoy approximately two hours of sleep in the forest, during which their heart rates will be monitored to select the participant with the most stable sleep condition.
The first and second-place winners, who maintain the most stable sleep conditions, will each receive round-trip tickets for a trip to Mongolia.
This event is more than just a contest; it offers a space to experience healing programs in nature, including yoga sessions and music performances.
Meanwhile, Yuhan-Kimberly has been at the forefront of environmental protection, having planted over 57 million trees domestically and internationally as part of a nature conservation campaign now in its 40th year.
