The Seoul Museum of Art is set to open Korea’s first public museum dedicated to photography this May.
Following its completion at the end of March, the museum is scheduled to open in the second half of the year, focusing on youth education and new media art.
With the opening of the Seoul Museum of Photography, the Seoul Museum of Art will establish an eight-branch system across the city.
The museum aims to continuously expand Seoul’s art infrastructure by offering diverse exhibitions and innovative spaces.
