The album logged 2.11 million in sales as of Tuesday, making it the band’s first album to surpass the "double million" mark within the first week of release. Enhypen had already garnered 2.2 million pre-orders for the album and sold over 1.88 million units on the first day alone.
"Romance: Untold" also soared to the top of Oricon’s daily album ranking, marking the group's tenth consecutive album to achieve this feat in both Japan and Korea. The lead track, "XO·Only If You Say Yes," topped the iTunes Top Songs chart in 10 regions and dominated real-time domestic music charts.
Additionally, on Tuesday, an English-language version of the song was released online, accompanied by five different remixes.
