On Tuesday, SM Entertainment confirmed that the rookie band Riize, under its management, will embark on its first fan concert tour, titled the Rising Day tour. The tour is scheduled to commence in Seoul during the first week of May with a two-day concert.
The global tour will take the six band members to nine regions around the world, including Tokyo, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Taipei, Manila, Singapore, Bangkok, and Jakarta, until the end of August. Additional cities may be added to the tour, according to the management firm.
Having debuted in September of the previous year with the single "Get A Guitar," which garnered significant success by selling over a million copies in its first week, Riize is gearing up for the release of an EP in the second quarter of this year.
In another significant development, Riize is set to join the lineup for Tecate Emblema, one of the largest pop music festivals in Mexico. The festival, scheduled for May, will also feature prominent artists such as Sam Smith, Christina Aguilera, Nelly Furtado, and Marshmello.
