Renowned Japanese contemporary artist Ayako Rokkaku is holding a solo exhibition at König Galerie Seoul until January 25.
This exhibition centers around an immersive installation, complemented by sculptures, a quadriptych, and medium to small-sized paintings.
Through her installation, crafted from meticulously hand-cut fabrics and wool, the artist explores the theme of the cycle of life.
The surrounding paintings further delve into Rokkaku’s internal world, portraying her journey through emotions and self-reflection.
The artist expressed her hope that her works would touch upon the unnamed emotions residing within the viewers.
