Jungkook of the globally renowned K-pop group BTS recently communicated with fans regarding his life during his national defense duty, which commenced in December last year. Through the fan communication platform Weverse, Jungkook shared that he is in good health and has been engaging in physical training, cleaning duties, and cooking.
He entered military boot camp at the 5th Infantry Division in Yeongcheon, Gyeonggi Province alongside fellow BTS member Jimin on December 12, 2023, with an expected discharge date of June 11, 2025.
Meanwhile, Jungkook's solo track "Standing Next To You," from his debut solo album "Golden," has maintained its presence on Billboard's Hot 100 chart for 18 consecutive weeks. Additionally, "Golden" continues to hold a position on Billboard 200, marking a significant achievement for a solo K-pop artist.
