Min Hee-jin, CEO of Ador, was summoned for police questioning on Tuesday in response to allegations of breach of trust filed by HYBE, parent company of BTS.
Min attended Yongsan Police Station to address accusations that she conspired with Ador executives to gain control of the label and potentially take the girl group NewJeans with her, turning Ador into what HYBE termed a "shell" company.
She has previously argued that under the current ownership structure, any attempt to wrest control of Ador is untenable.
In May, a Seoul court granted Min an injunction preventing HYBE from terminating her as CEO of Ador, a decision reinforced during subsequent shareholder meetings.
