NewJeans, a rising K-pop group managed by Ador, is gearing up for a series of significant milestones in their career. According to the agency, the group is set to release their debut single in Korea, titled "How Sweet," on May 24, followed by their debut in Japan with another single, "Supernatural," on June 21.
The Korean single, "How Sweet," will feature three B-sides, including "Bubble Gum," along with instrumental versions of both tracks. Notably, "Bubble Gum" is scheduled to be featured in a Japanese commercial and serve as a theme song for a TV program prior to the album's official release.
In Japan, the single "Supernatural" will also include three B-sides, featuring "Right Now," along with instrumental versions of the title track and "Right Now." Additionally, "Right Now" will be utilized in commercials in both Korea and Japan in May.
Ador has confirmed that NewJeans will actively promote in both Korea and Japan, making appearances on various TV music programs in both countries.
The group's agency also revealed plans for their second fan meeting, "Bunnies Camp 2024 Tokyo Dome," scheduled to take place at the Tokyo Dome in Japan on June 26-27. This event marks a notable achievement as NewJeans will be the quickest overseas artist to perform at the Tokyo Dome since their debut.
Looking ahead, NewJeans is preparing for an album release in the second half of this year and is planning a world tour set for 2025. Ador emphasized that the fan meeting at Tokyo Dome will serve as a crucial stepping stone for the group's upcoming world tour, and they are committed to delivering high-quality performances to their fans alongside the release of their new album later this year.
