DAY6 Announces First Solo Concerts in Four Years

K-pop Rock Band Set to Perform at Korea University's Hwajeong Gymnasium in December

JYP Entertainment revealed that K-pop rock band DAY6 will hold three solo concerts titled "The Present: You are My Day" at Korea University's Hwajeong Gymnasium in Seongbuk District, northern Seoul, on December 22, December 23, and December 24. These concerts mark the band's first solo performances in four years, with their last concert held in December 2019.

The upcoming concerts will also be the first occasions featuring all four members together since their completion of mandatory military service. Wonpil, the final member to complete his service, concluded his military duty on Monday.

Ticket sales for members of the band's fan club will take place from 8 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. on December 5 and December 6. General ticket sales will commence on December 7 at 8 p.m. Further details on ticket information will be provided on DAY6’s official social media channels at a later date.

DAY6, debuting under JYP Entertainment in 2015 as the agency’s first rock band, currently comprises guitarist and vocalist Sungjin, bassist, guitarist, and vocalist Young K, keyboardist and vocalist Wonpil, and drummer and vocalist Dowoon. The band is renowned for hit songs such as “Congratulations” (2015), “You Were Beautiful” (2017), “Time of Our Life” (2019), and “Zombie” (2020).
