On Monday, Baekhyun, a member of the K-pop group EXO, announced the establishment of INB100, his newly formed agency. The agency has concurrently signed fellow EXO members Xiumin and Chen, intending to support their activities both as a subunit and on individual projects.

The announcement comes after a period of conflict between the three members, Baekhyun, Xiumin, and Chen, and SM Entertainment over contractual matters. Citing the label's alleged negligence in providing proper materials for payment, the trio reached an agreement in June, just before the release of EXO's seventh full-length album, "Exist."
In light of these developments, Baekhyun has chosen to establish his independent company, INB100, while another member, D.O., opted to leave SM Entertainment and join a different new agency. These changes mark a significant chapter for the individual members within the larger narrative of EXO's enduring presence in the K-pop landscape.
