KLAP Entertainment, a content producer for the global fandom platform UNIVERSE, announced on May 4 that it has signed a three-year management contract with VANNER, the winning team of JTBC's 'Peak Time.' The agency will be responsible for the production, promotion, and management of the five-member boy group.
VANNER, consisting of TAEHWAN, GON, HYESUNG, Ahxian, and YEONGGWANG, made their debut in February 2019 and rose to fame after winning the final championship of 'Peak Time' in March 2022. Prior to their appearance on the show, the group had garnered attention from viewers for their story of working together as a team and holding part-time jobs to pursue their dreams of becoming musicians.
The group will be performing at the 'Peak Time' TOP6 concert, 'Your Time,' which will be held at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Seoul from May 5 to 7. This will be their first major performance since signing with KLAP Entertainment.
KLAP Entertainment was launched in July 2020 as a content producer for UNIVERSE, a global fandom platform that provides a variety of entertainment content, including music, videos, and live broadcasts. This year, the agency is expanding its business to full-scale management, marking a new transition to a comprehensive entertainment company beyond K-pop and venturing into new global businesses.
