K-pop girl group Le Sserafim is in the midst of a plagiarism controversy surrounding their upcoming album, "EASY," set to be released on Monday.
This is not the first time the group has faced such allegations. In 2023, their song "UNFORGIVEN" drew criticism for allegedly resembling Spanish artist Rosalia's 2022 hit, "Chicken Teriyaki."

While some online users argue that these resemblances might stem from shared influences within the rock genre, others believe Le Sserafim is drawing too much inspiration from Rodrigo's work.
In response to previous accusations, Le Sserafim's agency, Source Music, refrained from commenting until the release of the "UNFORGIVEN" album. During a press event at the album's debut, the group's leader, Kim Chae-won, addressed the controversy, stating, "Our songs and concepts feature our own stories and messages. We would appreciate it if you could see them as our original creations."
