The R&B-style title track incorporates guitar sounds and a rhythmic melody, with lyrics that delve into the emotions of a breakup where one realizes they are no longer in control.

In conjunction with the album release, Taeyeon has planned various content offerings for her fans, including the "TAEYEON 'To. X' Countdown Live" on platforms such as YouTube's Taeyeon channel and TikTok Girls' Generation channel, scheduled for Monday at 5 p.m. Additionally, the "Letter 'To. X' Concept Room" is set to open at ON THE MOVE in Seongdong District, Seoul, from Monday to December 3.

Taeyeon initially gained prominence as the leader of the K-pop girl group Girls' Generation in 2007. Transitioning into a soloist in 2015 with the album "I," she has consistently showcased her musical prowess, delivering chart-topping hits like "If" (2008), "Fine" (2017), and "Four Seasons" (2019).
