Blackpink member Jennie revealed on Sunday her plans to initiate individual activities next year through her recently established label, OA (Odd Atelier).

In an official Instagram post, Jennie expressed her excitement for the upcoming solo journey in 2024 within the framework of her own entertainment company, OA, which she founded in November with her mother.

This announcement follows Blackpink's recent renewal of their exclusive contract with YG Entertainment a couple of weeks ago. On December 6, all four members of Blackpink—Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa—confirmed their commitment to continuing group activities with YG Entertainment, the label where they originally debuted as Blackpink in 2016.

Jennie's announcement marks the first revelation among the Blackpink members regarding individual pursuits.
