BTS's Jungkook Wraps Up Surprise Concert in Times Square and Continues US Album Promotion

Global Pop Star Jungkook Returns to Seoul After Electrifying Performance in the Heart of New York City

Jungkook of the globally renowned K-pop group BTS recently concluded a surprise concert in Times Square, New York, captivating fans with a dynamic live performance.

The surprise event, held at TSX Entertainment's outdoor stage, featured Jungkook showcasing his latest single, "Standing Next to You," from his solo album "Golden." The artist also treated the audience to other solo hits, such as "Seven (feat. Latto)" and "3D (feat. Jack Harlow)."

During the guerilla concert, Jungkook introduced tracks from his new album, including "Yes or No" and "Please Don’t Change (feat. DJ Snake)," marking their live debut.

Taking center stage in the heart of Times Square, Jungkook became the second artist to grace this iconic venue after American rapper and singer-songwriter Post Malone's performance in July.

Jungkook, who released "Golden" on Nov. 3, has actively promoted the album in the United States. Notable appearances include a performance on the American NBC morning show "Today" on Nov. 8, where he delivered live renditions of "Standing Next to You," "Seven (feat. Latto)," and "3D (feat. Jack Harlow)" alongside a live band.

The global pop sensation also made appearances on iHeartRadio on Nov. 5 and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Nov. 7, further solidifying his presence in the US music scene.

Continuing the "Golden" celebration, Jungkook is set to host a special live-streaming event on Audacy on Tuesday. The event is expected to delve into discussions about his solo album and feature live performances of his solo hits.

Jungkook's promotional activities extend to South Korea, where he is scheduled to appear on Mnet Countdown on Thursday and headline a live concert on Nov. 20.
