Blackpink's "Boombayah" Dance Practice Video Achieves 300 Million YouTube Views

On Thursday, YG Entertainment, the label representing the K-pop group Blackpink, announced that the performance video for "Boombayah" has surpassed 300 million views on YouTube. This marks the sixth dance practice video and the 24th overall video by the group to achieve this notable feat. The video achieved this milestone approximately seven years and two months after its initial release.

"Boombayah" is one of the main tracks from Blackpink's debut single, "Square One." The song's official music video has garnered an impressive 1.6 billion views on the platform as of July.

Blackpink's official YouTube channel boasts over 9 million subscribers, a number recently boosted by the release of Jennie's special solo single, "You & Me." The single made a significant impact, topping the iTunes top songs chart in 53 regions the previous week.
