Jogyesa Temple, located in Jongno-gu, Seoul, is the headquarters of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism. In this place, there are the Central Secretariat and the Central Jonghoe.

In other words, this place is the center of Korean Buddhism.

This temple was founded in 1395. During the Japanese colonial period, it was called Taegosa, but after the Buddhist purification movement in 1954, it was renamed Jogyesa. Daeungjeon in this temple is large. Inside the temple, there is a white pine tree, the ninth natural monument.

This video was filmed at Jogyesa Temple on the night of the 27th.
