Lee Young-ae, a veteran South Korean actor, is set to return to the role that catapulted her to international fame two decades ago. Korean entertainment company Fantagio has announced that Lee Young-ae will lead the cast in the sequel to the legendary Korean drama series "Jewel in the Palace." The upcoming series, titled "Medic Dae Jang Geum," is slated to commence filming in October with an anticipated release in early 2025.
