AKMU, the K-pop sibling duo, released their third EP, "Love Episode," on Monday. The new release consists of six tracks, with the lead single titled "Hero." Lee Chan-hyuk, the older brother, participated in composing and writing the lyrics for the entire album.

YG Entertainment described the songs as featuring acoustic sounds with various genre variations, characterizing them as light, comfortable, and easy-listening music centered around the theme of love.

To commemorate their 10-year anniversary since debut, AKMU will hold standalone concerts on June 15 and 16 at the KSPO Dome in Seoul. Additionally, they are scheduled to perform at Japan’s largest outdoor music festival, Summer Sonic 2024, at the Zozo Marine Stadium in Tokyo on August 17.

AKMU first gained attention on the TV competition "K-pop Star" in 2012. Over the years, Lee Chan-hyuk has been recognized as a "genius songwriter," while his younger sister, Lee Su-hyun, is known for her delicate yet striking vocal abilities.
