Jeon Hye-jin is set to return to acting, starring in the upcoming drama "Riding Life," according to her agency, HODU&U Entertainment. The drama, currently in production and expected to air next year, will feature Jeon in the lead role of Lee Jung-eun, a character navigating various family relationships.

Jeon's husband, actor Lee Sun-kyun, died on December 27 last year amid an investigation into drug use allegations. The family also mourned the loss of Jeon's father-in-law earlier this March.

HODU&U Entertainment expressed gratitude for the support Jeon has received, stating, "We ask for your great expectations and support for Jeon Hye-jin as she prepares to meet you with her new project."

In addition, the release of Jeon's upcoming film "Cross" has been postponed, with discussions underway for a potential Netflix release.
