In a press release, HYBE mentioned that the concept of "Now," as depicted in a recently released video, signifies &TEAM's determination and confidence to expand their reach and make significant strides in the global music scene.

&TEAM was formed in September 2022 and comprises nine members. Four members, namely K, Nicholas, EJ, and Taki, participated in Mnet and HYBE's audition program "I-LAND" (2020). The other five members—Yuma, Jo, Fuma, Harua, and Maki—were selected from HYBE's in-house audition program "&Audition – The Howling" in 2022.
