Wheein of Mamamoo delighted fans in central Seoul with an unexpected busking session on Wednesday, during which she revealed plans to release a new song on February 15. The upcoming digital single will feature Young K of DAY6, as officially confirmed by their agency, The Live.

This collaboration marks the first-time partnership between Wheein and Young K, although she recently showcased her admiration for DAY6 by covering their hit song "You Were Beautiful," a track penned by Young K himself.

The announcement follows Wheein's successful first solo full-length album, "In The Mood," released approximately four months ago. Notably, the album achieved significant recognition by topping the iTunes top albums chart in 13 regions.

Anticipation is building for Wheein's next musical endeavor, with the digital single set to drop next month. Additionally, the artist is gearing up for her inaugural solo standalone concert in Seoul, already generating excitement as tickets for both days are completely sold out.
