BigHit Music, the agency of K-pop group BTS, has requested fans to avoid visiting boot camps as the last four members of the group prepare to join the military as active-duty soldiers early next week. RM and V are set to enlist on December 11, followed by Jimin and Jungkook on the following day, adhering to South Korea's mandatory military service requirement for all able-bodied men.
BigHit Music communicated the enlistment details on Weverse, a K-pop fan community platform, stating that RM and V will enlist according to their respective procedures, while Jimin and Jungkook will enlist together. The agency emphasized that there will be no separate official events on the days of their enlistment at the military recruit training centers.

The four members will be joining their bandmates Jin, J-Hope, and Suga, who are already serving in the military. Jin commenced his military service in December last year, followed by J-Hope in April. Suga began his military service as a social service agent in September, as he was deemed unfit for regular combat duty.
All seven members are expected to be discharged from the military in June 2025. Despite the temporary absence of some members, BTS has reassured fans that the group will return in 2025 after all members have completed their military service.
