Limited-Edition 'In Your Area' Collection to Include Blackpink Light Stick and Fashion Items

Contemporary artist Takashi Murakami has collaborated once again with K-pop group Blackpink to release a capsule merchandise collection, announced by YG Plus on Friday.

The "In Your Area" collection will feature 15 pieces, including a limited-edition Blackpink light stick designed by Murakami, as well as clothing and fashion accessories.

The collection will be available for purchase on Musinsa and Musinsa Global's websites and apps, as well as through popup stores in five Asian cities: Seoul, Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, and Jakarta. The collection will debut at the ComplexCon Hong Kong festival starting Friday, with online sales commencing from March 29. Popup store openings will vary by region.

In Korea, the popup store will be located at the Musinsa Hongdae store in Mapo District, Seoul, operating from March 29 to April 4.

This collaboration marks the second time Blackpink has worked with Murakami on a limited-edition collection. Their previous collaboration, featuring the character Pandakashi created by Murakami, launched in December last year and was sold online on NTWRK's website, as well as through popup stores in Art Basel Miami Beach and the NTWRK Los Angeles store.
