Mark, a member of the K-pop boy group NCT, released his first solo single titled “200” on Thursday. The single is characterized by its rock influence, featuring trendy, fast-tempo bass and drum sounds.

Mark contributed to both the lyrics and composition of “200,” which centers on a fateful meeting that blossoms into a perfect relationship, where the couple shines even brighter together.

The music video for “200” utilizes cartoons and a vintage-style video filter to evoke an early 2000s aesthetic. Alongside the original track, Mark also released an acoustic version of “200,” showcasing a mellow melody and a different vocal arrangement.

In a press release, Mark expressed his excitement about the release, stating that he hopes fans will enjoy the single during the summer. He mentioned that the acoustic version is ideal for nighttime listening and highlighted the visually appealing elements of the music video.

This release marks the beginning of Mark's solo career, with plans for more solo projects in the future. His first official solo album is scheduled for release in February 2025.
